What is Reflexology ?
Reflexology is the science based on the principles that each part of the feet, hands and ears are related to every organ, gland and body part. As the feet, hands and/or ears are worked on with finger pressure and thumb walking, the energy pathways in the body unblock allowing the body to heal itself. Very simple - very profound! It is a "natural" for massage therapists, nurses, cosmetologists, manicurists, health professionals and anyone else wishing to practice an effective and well respected holistic modality. Class size is limited to promote personal attention and understanding of the materials.

Instructor
Gwynne Unruh, LMT, RMTI has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Massage and Bodywork Instructor for 20 years. She teaches classes in at her school, the New Mexico College of Natural Healing in Silver City, NM, at Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage in Albuquerque, NM, and is the Spa Therapy Instructor at Ojo Caliente Hot Springs Spa in Ojo Caliente, NM.
